Step 1: Scheduling a Discovery Appointment
Our Coordinator will set up an appointment with you and our Home Projects Manager to discuss the details of your project on-site if possible.
Step 2: The Discovery Appointment
The Home Projects Manager will meet with you to discuss the requirements of your project and review any architectural drawings you may have.
Step 3: Prepare and Present Quote:
We will review your drawings and/or requirements, then prepare an estimate of cost (including labour and materials). We’ll then send a formal quote and follow up to ensure a mutual understanding of the cost and scope of work required.
Step 4: Getting Started
Once we have a signed contract, we’ll assemble our team and complete the job. We’ll also take care of any permits or inspections required for the electrical portion of your project.
Step 5: Delivery & Follow-Up:
After the job, the Home Projects Manager will complete a walkthrough with you to ensure the project was completed to your expectations. We will also review information about the warranty and how to request service.
