COVID-19

The COVID-19 situation is rapidly evolving, and we are doing our best to respond appropriately. It is important to us at Kraun Electric that we are following government orders and doing everything we can to keep our customers and employees safe. We have developed and implemented several guidelines to do our part to help stop the spread of COVID-19.

Service Division Update:

We are now providing only urgent electrical service to our residential, commercial and industrial customers. We made this difficult decision in order to protect our customers, our employees, and their families.

COVID-19 Guidelines for Kraun Employees:

Our employees are equipped with the following:

  • Disposable booties
  • Disposable gloves
  • Hand sanitizer
  • Disinfectant
  • Masks and Tyvek suits for hazardous situations

All employees must:

  • Immediately report if they are diagnosed with COVID-19
  • Stay home if experiencing any symptoms or feeling unwell
  • Wash hands frequently and thoroughly
  • Go into 14-day isolation if they have travelled outside of the country
  • Implement daily cleaning of commonly touched surfaces
  • Wear gloves whenever possible
  • Practice social-distancing

We are asking our commercial customers to:

  • Provide us with their company policies and procedures about COVID-19
  • Respect our employees and their prevention measures
  • Communicate if they are aware of any present symptoms or diagnoses of COVID-19 in the facility

We are asking our residential customers to:

  • Inform us if anyone in the home has been diagnosed with COVID-19
  • Respect our employees and their prevention measures
  • Communicate if they are aware of any present symptoms of illness in the home
