Construction
The Village of Tansley Woods is a 10-storey retirement living complex in Burlington, ON. This 233,000-square-foot building has 52 apartments, 156 independent living suites, and 45-space underground parking garage.
Schlegel Villages is a Canadian-owned and operated company that manages long-term care homes and retirement communities across Ontario. The Village of Tansley Woods, Phase III is Kraun’s second project with Schlegel, previously having completed The Village of Wentworth Heights in Hamilton.
Tansley Woods is a 10-storey, poured-in-place & pre-cast concrete retirement residence with underground parking that achieved Green Globes Certification. Construction of the building was completed while an adjacent, existing apartment building remained
occupied.

- 450kW, 60Hz, 347/600 standby diesel generator, 260A double-sided bypass automatic transfer switch, 800A automatic transfer switch
